Greetings. I am a US based collector and I have a question about European PS4 game case shrink-wraps. From my understanding new PS4 games sold in Europe have a seal that has the PS4 logo repeated around the case about 3/4 of the way down that is used to tear down the cellophane. I am looking at the Bloodborne: Game of the Year Edition (UK release) and I have seen sealed shrink-wraps that have “PS4” printed to the right of the PS icon on the thin strip and other cases that have “PlayStation” printed instead. Below are two examples. Same game different labeling on that thin little strip. Why the variations for the same game? The actual plastic cases appear identical in every way - text, graphics, labels, UPC code, etc. Apologies for asking, as a US collector am not as knowledgeable about European editions as we don’t have anything on our wraps here. I am grateful to anyone who can explain this for me and thank you.
