Although my controller is fine, the wiring on cable has split and is not working as it should be. I opened my faulty controller and Iam trying to find an exact match. As I believe theres two versions of the joypad. Iam just after the NTSC version of the joypad. As the shell on mine is good. Heres the internal picture of mines.
