Moisture under 3DS shrink wrap

Anyone came across a 3DS game that has moisture under the shrink wrap of some of the cheap sealed 3DS games? I bought a copy of Deer Drive Legends and there is moisture under the seal. 

Anyway to get the moisture out, or am I just going to need to open it so it doesn’t mold or damage the game, or other games on my shelf?
