The factory mod allows the console to work with PAL (50Hz) and NTSC (60Hz) televisions, but there is no guarantee it will work with all televisions and setups. Top of the console has sunfaded heavily, but the console itself has been barely used. The console only plays NTSC-J games! No PAL and no NTSC-U/C!
