Need some assistance with Comic folks in group

Hi all,  Bukeus here,  first time actually coming around since the old NA dismantling.  Anyway, I was hopin any old timers who remember me know comic value.  I came across a very very rare issue that is being cleaned and sent for grading.  Im getting appraisals that are running the spectrum, and I was hoping to get some expertise advice.   Im worried the people doing the appraisal are going low becsue theya re very interested in purcachaing it.   I have another guy who wanted to be the appraiser/Grader say something way north.     Id rather keep it in private messaging.
