Super Monaco GP Sega Master System legitimate seal?

Hi all, first post but I dabbled a bit on NintendoAge when I was more active collecting, but pretty much done these days.  I was browsing ebay and saw some insane sales for Super Monaco GP for the master system.  I have this game sealed, US version, only because it was the only copy I could find at the time and I was hammering out the full set.

Theres a graded copy up for 800 or so, not selling, and another that was a sale of 200 obo. 

My main question is about whether or not the one I have is even a legitimate seal, see pics, ignore all the dust, been sitting on a shelf for years.  Second question, assuming this is legitimate, is grading this worth it?  I have no interest in sealed collecting and would gladly trade or sell it assuming I could find an open one.  The only flaw I can see is that the front top right corner.  It looks worse in the pics than it is in person.  Thoughts?

Unrelated, why is the US version of this so obscure?

The seal looks fine. If it's a $200 game, you might want to see if you can sell it as is before paying for grading.

Unrelated, why is the US version of this so obscure?

It was a late release in the US so harder to find.  The seal does look good, I'm not sure what someone would pay for it.  I'm looking for a copy myself but not sealed.
