Would like to talk to someone that has 16bits graphics and animation skills regarding a project

Hi!  It's been I long time. 

I'll make it simple:

I'm looking for some talented and creative person that can do 16 bits graphics and animation, mostly a space/sci-fi elements for a videoclip of a song of mine. This song is totally not related to chiptune, It's just that I'm a retro gamer, love theses graphics the best and I would like to have one videoclip that fits this criteria and as the thematic of this song is ''sleep'' as in ''sleeping ship'' on the last habited mission to save humanity I think it could set a certain mood as serious half dreamy. I'm thinking something quite simple overally, but it will need creativity, maybe it's more complicated than I think as I'm not a programmer so I don't know what I'm talking about and maybe it's too expensive for me so need to speak with pro for what it's all about.
