My personal take on this whole crazy sale price thing of graded games by that specific company being sold exclusively via specific auction site is that it's a racket. That whole thing has been artificially contrived and made profitable by a select group of people in a very short period of time. Is it real sales or a marketing tactic without said large amounts changing hands, I don't know. "Common Core" is trash. They taught that crap to my son in public school but I was sure to teach him properly at home. He did have teachers that included proper maths as well but more often than not it wasn't around. He's in grade 12 now for a time frame.

Yes, it is being reported that back in 2018 there was a structural integrity report that said it needed to be fixed ASAP. They let it go for 3 years and then this happened. Supposedly they where about to start the repairs "soon". I highly doubt that part about the repairs is true but just something (anything) to say after something so tragic happens. 

MASH is awesome, no interest in the other 2 at all.
