Heritage Auctions said the video game, the first in a series of yearly releases of Madden football games for home consoles, fetched $480,000 in the auction, a new record for a sports video game.

That updated video just adds more salt and makes me sad / angry all over again.

I have quiet a few sealed games in my collection upgraded and would be curious to see what happens to the future prices of these games. If a graded piece ends up worthing 10x more than upgraded it maybe worth grading to show it off.

As a collector and not a reseller we want them all to go down in price so we can continue to take part in a hobby we enjoy and not be priced out.

I'd buy it for a cheap price. Can't afford feared market value on it.

As a collector this whole thing frustrates me so much. I have been collecting for a long time across numerous sites (CAG, GameTZ, NA) and seeing this manipulation destroy one of the best sites for information and selling/trading is really upsetting. 

Are you selling sealed games at wholesale prices? Cause I'd be interested in your Raw Zelda ages and seasons.
