  1. I'm looking to trade a clean, loose Pokemon Gold for a very poor quality, also loose Pokemon Silver or Crystal.

The worse condition, the better. Working is preferred but battery/save not important at all.

I'm just looking to get them all, authentic and as cheap as possible. I happen to have a spare Gold that is too nice, and it makes my crummy set look too good 😛

I have tested it, and it boots, but there is no save file, so I am assuming the battery is dead.

I will pay shipping both ways, and include a return label, just to make this as quick and painless as possible. I will add cash in for a Pokemon Crystal to make up the price difference.

It has been a while, so I don't have much of a reputation with the newer crowd, but I was a member of Nintendo Age with a fair amount of feedback. And I am on eBay as T3rraBeara.

I admit, I don't log in as often as I would like to, so please be patient waiting for a reply. I always ship quickly, though.

  2. So, I beat Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night the other day, and usually that means I move on to the next. But for some reason I kept going, and I'm just doing random stuff until I decide I'm ready to fight OD. I guess I'll be done at that point?

Next, who knows? I've got a few in the backlog 🙂

  3. I'm a little over half way through "Neverwhere" by Neil Gaiman

I'm not sure what I'll check out next. I am pretty slow with books, but I love reading.

This year, so far, I've finished the main books from the Ender's Game series, picking up with Speaker for the Dead. I finished Ender's Game years ago and decided to finish off the rest this year. I like the rest of the books better than Ender's Game. I haven't started Ender's Shadow, yet. I'm not sure if I will. I also finished Stardust, By Neil Gaiman, Artemis and The Martian by Andy Weir, Parable of the Sower, by Octavia E. Butler, Dance of the Dissident Daughter by Sue Monk Kidd, Tranny, by Laura Jane Grace, and Whipping Girl, by Julia Serrano.

This year has been my most active year reading, ever, lol.

  4. Yeah, it happens to me. I have a fairly deep voice, and if I'm nervous or anxious, it can get deeper.

I have mass anxiety about using a phone to talk with strangers, actually. So I generally avoid the phone if I can.

One time, I corrected the person, and they basically talked over me and completely ignored it, and moved on with the conversation. I did again, and the same happened. This was a customer service call where I had to be on the phone with two banks so they could verify I owned both accounts. I figure they were on a script, and just ran with it, not even hearing me. Still was pretty shitty. It's not like I was doing a lot of talking on that call, just confirming a few things.

What's preventing me from 100%'ing it, and why I never will, is the darn Dampé Dungeon Maker thing. It's just not fun to me, which is a shame. The idea seemed solid enough, but in execution, it feels lazy: just rehashing existing rooms and cobble them together. I did everything but that, essentially.

The animated cutscenes make me really want a Zelda anime.

Yeah, that was such a grind to get the two heart pieces and full container. I think it's okay as a mini game, but unless the prize is better, I won't complete it.

Have you enjoyed it so far? My copy is arriving this this.

    Welcome BTW.

I really have. It is easier than I remember it being on the Game Boy.

But the characters are adorable, and the environments look like little plastic sets. They did a good job with it.

  7. I think Final Fantasy III is my answer. I have started and played through most of it several times. But I always get distracted and lose track of where I left off. I really do like it, though. I will beat it eventually, I'm sure.

Chrono Trigger was one, until maybe a year or two ago. I beat it as a kid, but only using a Game Genie. I played through it on DS when it was released, but I never got to the end. Finally I got one of the endings a few years ago.

  8. Hello!

I've been inactive for a long time, but figure I should start fresh! I was on Nintendo Age for a long time. My username is the same over there, but I was never really active after I updated it. I see a lot of familiar names around. I haven't really had a collection since 2014. I'm picking things up here and there, and focusing more on what I want to play rather than just collect.

Anyway, I just wanted to say hello
