The game (DWII) came with a poster that has the same code as the giveaway (ENI-D2-US) but it's the "The Ultimate Questions Map"
I just picked up DWII and it contained in the box: the monster chart/labyrinth map, world map, manual & explorer's handbook. I have yet to see the Dragon Warrior 1 mail in map. Sound like it was a little more rare than just in the box. Thanks for this thread to answer where this monster chart came from! I like documenting things like this. Keep it up!

I just picked up DWII and it contained in the box: the monster chart/labyrinth map, world map, manual & explorer's handbook. I have yet to see the Dragon Warrior 1 mail in map.
