Bump
Deleted stuff no longer available and added new stuff.

Never played it even though I have it on PC. Will check it out there first before I decide on getting the physical. I'm sure I will like it though as I enjoy these types of puzzle games.

Looks so good. I backed it on Kickstarter.

Can't wait to get my copy! Tried it out on my PC a while ago and it rocks. I love how they combined the two together in various aspects. Enemies, gameplay, etc.

I'm back!
Haven't been on here in months. Forgot my password and just never reset it till now.
I bought the Jim Powers Retro Bundle from Strictly Limited Games when it went on sale. Comes with the NES, SNES, and GENESIS versions all CIB.

You have pics of the Targa repro?

Bump.
Added more games and other systems.

Not concerned about anything really. Was wondering due to what you were saying.

Is there supposed to be something different between the Kickstarter version and the ones sold on their site?
-
What do you mean by hosed?
And yeah I've seen Trophy. It's another one I'm interested in getting.

I have the NES game too all complete, got it last year. I've been through most of the game, didn't finish it. I didn't think it was all that grossly hard until the late parts of the game so perhaps this built from the ground up NES version was made less sadist as I know I'm not some one shot expert at that. Control is great, audio visuals are high quality end of the NES spectrum too. I remember talking with Piko/Eli about this awhile back when it was kickstarted and he said the asinine difficulty was scaled back, challenge still yes, but not rage inducing with some new balancing and what not. I'd believe it because I got that far on the one I have. Of the versions I saw the NES one just blew me away the most, especially the fluid amount of animation frames Jim and others have, it's smooth like Moon Crystal on Famicom or Prince of Persia NES.
Awesome to hear. I'm definitely grabbing a copy. Thanks for the input.

Weren't some adjustments made in the reissue to address this?
Yeah there were. Main one being the horrible parallax scrolling.

Anyone have the Piko Interactive version of Jim Powers for NES, SNES, and Genesis?
Wondering if they are good. I just looked at gameplay for the first time and it looks awesome!
I'm especially interested in the NES and Genesis versions.

I've purchased games from here in the past (Haradius Zero, GGGG) but never bothered with the forums. Dunno why cause I do love games especially retro and especially homebrew stuff!
Happy to be here. Looks like a great place.

Sky Shark and Twin Eagle are CIB (or at least have boxes and manuals). Boxes are pretty worn, and manuals are only lightly worn .
Tiger Heli is cart and manual only.
Shipping empty boxes - Unfold or keep intact?

I'd definitely ship in a bigger box
Only exception to flattening is if they are already quite worn from age. If they are in excellent condition then I'd even spend a few dollars and put them in box protectors before shipping.
