I am not going through all this crap, but since I'm not a SNES guy, you can have all of these inserts for twenty bucks and then root through them yourself to find what you're looking for.  Most of it is NP inserts and Precaution booklets, and they all are guaranteed to have SNES codes.   PM me if you want them...
