I guess I’ll be the one vote for Flagpole Sitta. Take On Me is objectively better but I have Flagpole Sitta in my car playlist and I don’t have Take On Me so it feels wrong to vote against what I actually still listen to.

I voted Information Society purely because What’s On Your Mind is on Sega CD Rock Paintings, which is just an auto-win.

Oof Harvey Danger deserves better and if it was Sad Sweetheart of the Radio, it might have been harder.

But Take on Me is a beast.  That might just win the whole tourney.

A-Ha, Information Society, Walk the Moon, and The Divinyls. 

Take on Me vs Flagpole Sitta was a tough one.  But like Fox said, Take on Me may be hard to beat.  I'd never even heard Shut Up and Dance before today that I can recall.  It's catchy and the video was great.  I like the Punch-Out part where his head gets knocked off.

I was wondering why Flagpole Sitta sounded so familiar, it's the song used on Peep Show during the intro, decent song for sure but not many songs might have a chance against Take On Me.

This was an easy one. Hard to beat Take on Me, one of the best pop songs ever written. New Radicals, Foster, and the Divinyls were my other choices.

As someone old enough to remember the Aha video on heavy rotation on MTV back in the day, it was an easy pick against Flagpolesitta. I’m still peeved that the wrong Human League song was picked for the tourney.

It was a tough call, but I saved Don't You Want Me for the 2022 bracket

Haven't been to a sporting event in the last few years?    I didn't recognize the title, but as soon as I heard a few notes I knew what it was and instantly picked the other choice.
