WTB: Mike Tyson's Punch Out!! Box White Bullets

I'm looking for a MTPO box (or CIB) with the white bullet points.

Also looking for the orange bullets non-Rev A box and the white oval seal box.

I have every MTPO cartridge label variation from all over the world but want the American boxes as well.
