You may have lost your job, you might not have enough money to pay the bills, you might be sick or know someone who has the virus. You might have terrible anxiety. You might feel worthless or feel like you're not pulling your own weight. You might have fear of the unknown. You might be paranoid. Whatever you're feeling, the point of this thread is to help you get through these tough times. Post positive things to cheer each other up. If you need help in any way, please ask. He was friends with Chris Farley and Chris’s character for living in a van down by the River is named after him. You can see see where Chris got some of the inspiration from. Rooster | 124 Posted April 7, 2020 Share Posted April 7, 2020 I'm concerned because my son will be born in about 4 weeks, and as soon as he comes out I have to take him to the US embassy in Tokyo, and then take him to the immigration office. Other than a few short tracks built for industrial purposes (and it is not clear if any of those used engines for pulling cars) this is the only time a conventional railroad has been built in Greenland. Interesting. Weird that they'd do all that just for a meteorite. Ever heard of the barreleye fish? Super cool if you haven't. It has a transparent head with it's eyes inside it's head and fake eyes on the outside. Meteorites have always been very valuable, Ancient cultures used them for their iron ore (I think they have found an Egyptian dagger made from one). The Cape York one had been being used by the Greenland Inuit for centuries until Robert Peary (an arctic explorer) retrieved 3 of the larger pieces using the railroad. The biggest was 31 tons and is on display to this day. (It is not clear whether Peary gave the Inuit anything for the pieces or if he just grabbed them.) Five other pieces were later found.
