The adapter works on both NES models (toaster and top loader) without problems.
The adapter is NASA brand a known and really good quality manufacturer of famiclones back in the days. I have one of this from the 90s and still working like the first day.

*Reference images I have different units of these so the one I will ship you will not look exactly the same, but all are new (some boxes has some scratchs, I can send you a photo from the one I will send to you)
