Restaurants are operating at 25% indoors and 100% outdoors. All dive bars and night clubs are to close as businesses must serve food to qualify to stay open. And I gotta say, I've seen an increase in mask usage in the past week bc of it. It's starting to become the norm here in central PA. I see them hanging from people's rear view mirrors and even ppl walking through the town with covered faces. I think there used to be one in Florence, KY (actually down the road from Hooters), but it appears to be closed.
