  1. The following items have been SOLD - thank you for your interest Hello all - it's been a while since I've posted but I need to sell some things again. I would like to sell this as a single lot and, to that end, will make the deal pretty reasonable. The lot - a real "player's collection" of authentic non-repro carts - is as follows: Donkey Kong Country F-Zero Mega Man X Super Ghouls n Ghosts Super Mario All-Stars Super Mario Kart Tetris 2 Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past All the carts / labels are in very good (or better) shape with the following exceptions: (a) the Mega Man X label is a bit scuffed and the cart has a yellowed back half, looks like it was swapped before I got it, (b) there is a small 'ding' on the top of the Tetris 2 label, and (c) there is a little 'slice' on the front of the Link to the Past label. All carts have OEM dust sleeves and have been tested / played as part of my collection for the last couple of years or so. Price Charting has this lot at about $185 (not taking the sleeves into account). No returns, Paypal only. I have been buying / selling here (and on Nintendo Age) for years, can get a reference if you are concerned. PM me if interested - thanks!
  2. Thank you for the question - I really only have time to sell this as a lot. I will do the best I can to upload some pictures to the original post later today or tonight.
  3. This collection has now been sold. Thanks for your interest! Hello, I have a modest collection of mostly-sought-after NES and SNES titles, in varying conditions but mostly very-good-to-excellent. I intend to keep the consoles and controllers, at least for now. Selling this collection because of a need for funds, partly for a house / family situation and partly to assist some refugees from Ukraine who were able to make it out to the US, not far from us. Edit: adding images here and will post more below as there is a per-post size limit. Important: the Final Fantasy III box is not original, it is a (nice) repro. I was sort of misled into thinking otherwise when I purchased, but that is another story. All other SNES and NES boxes are original. PriceCharting values this collection (minus the console / controller gear) at about $7400. I am willing to part with all the games for $5800 plus shipping (which I am guesstimating will be about $200ish, possibly more), and will throw in a few NES duplicates (of good more common games like SMB2 / 3) and extra NES black sleeves. Almost all CIB games have sturdy plastic outer sleeves (mostly from Malko) and all games have been carefully cleaned including contacts. I will consider offers but I think it's a good value at the asking price. https://www.pricecharting.com/user/u4bwffec6odyzcmxb3i63u6ife I can only ship to the continental US with this one. Thanks for your interest! I will do my best to respond as I can, and will try to send images if requested, but we are extremely busy these days and I have very little additional time (even at night) for these things. I have sold a collection like this once before on this forum to a satisfied buyer and have been buying and selling for a few years (before this site on NA, same username).
  4. Fast payer, easy to deal with. Would deal again, thank you
  5. ENTIRE COLLECTION SOLD Hello all. I don't want to bore you but I want you to understand where I'm coming from before I give any detail on the sale. My wife has a 15-year history of bizarre illness and sensitivity which has, on more than one occasion, necessitated us basically spending all our savings and going into debt due to medical bills. She is still not 40 years old but has nearly died more than once. (You wouldn't know that if you met her today.) Thankfully we eventually figured out that pharma / traditional US medicine was not really going to help and found alternatives that have actually worked to alleviate conditions and significantly improve her health. Most of what we have found that helps her are adjustments to diet and environment, along with some supplemental treatments. Insurance doesn't pay for any of that stuff, and as of this year despite my working two jobs and also taking side work late at night (she is at home, homeschooling our three children and trying to stay sane), we couldn't even afford subsidized insurance because of how little benefit we were receiving from it. This year, just after we dumped the insurance, another (new) condition cropped up which has already required an ER visit for my wife. Afterward, in assessing what we have changed (and to some degree fixed / cured) and what we hadn't yet looked into, we discovered that the air quality of our home - which is where all five of us spend the majority of our time, between her homeschooling and myself working from home - is problematic and likely contributing not only to her issues but to some other conditions I and the children have been experiencing in the last year or so. Getting these issues actually resolved, permanently, is going to require the better part of our life savings in addition to some borrowed money. Talking to others with chronic problems who have had similar work done in their homes has persuaded me that it will be worth this investment / risk to move ahead with it. I am in the midst of a great deal of effort to try to address the financial issues that my family will be caused by this, including studying / cramming other tech stacks to prepare to interview for higher-paying jobs (one of the things I do now is software dev but I am not paid for it like I might be because of the size of the company I work for and their scope of work); despite the cash, time, and energy spent in acquiring my game collections over a number of years, I have reached the point with these health problems in my household where I have decided to begin selling possessions off to try to stay out of even more debt, as picking up a better job is not guaranteed but my expenses, given my wife and three young children (not to mention inflation outpacing my capped pay), are guaranteed to increase. Before I start parting this out I wanted to see if there might be any buyers interested in taking the whole thing at some kind of discount. If there is interest I will prepare a detailed list. My collection isn't huge but it isn't small either; for someone to take all of it I think it would be most appropriate to come pick it up in-person. (I could bring it out to the Atlanta, Chattanooga, or Asheville metro areas for this purpose - I live way off the beaten path.) PriceCharting doesn't have 100% of what's in my collection logged - there are a few duplicates, for example - but it has most of it, and present value there is about $6300. It's entirely NES / SNES games, NES and SNES console, and a number of controllers and peripherals. https://www.pricecharting.com/offers?status=collection&seller=dniczwverbchapegxktslns7ve Many of the games (the better part of the NES collection) are CIB, and all the CIB games have box protectors. All the non-CIB games have black sleeves (NES) or OEM plastic protector sleeves (SNES). My NES console also has the internal contact mod (so you don't press the games down, you just slide them in). SNES console doesn't look pristine, some yellowing etc., but it's functional. I keep my stuff in great playing condition because I love these games - everything I own has at least had one really good cleaning. If someone is interested in making an offer to take it all - and I would include a small Sony Trinitron TV into the bundle, as I have no use for it if I sell this collection - please send me a message. If I get no interest at this level I will likely start parting it out but I would love to avoid that just due to the additional time, money, and legwork involved in all the separate shipping. We are really strapped for time here already. Please don't lowball this, I will not respond - I did own many of these games in a childhood collection but lost them all (parents sold / gave away) and I have had to re-collect all this stuff at a significant premium. Thank you for your interest, and for reading. Sorry to post such a long thread for what is (possibly) a simple sale but felt I needed to contextualize it.
  6. Fast transaction, good buyer, would gladly do business again. Thanks!
  7. Very happy with what I bought from his collection, and with how carefully the items were shipped. A+, would do business again
  8. Try again - for me it took a minute before they loaded (after I had uploaded and saved them).
  9. This lot is SOLD! Hello all! Just getting rid of some duplicates and hoping to find a better home for them. Due to the condition of some of these, I'm pricing quite low. I would like the buyer to take the whole lot and I don't intend to part this out as it isn't large. All games have been cleaned (best I am able) and tested, verified working in my own NES. These came from a couple of different very dirty lots of games and I vigorously cleaned them as well as can be expected, I think. You wouldn't know now how dirty they once were. Labels are all good-to-excellent condition. Edit: See for yourself! Pictures added. Selling the following NES titles: Metroid (silver, w/manual) - cart in VG condition, contacts immaculate, manual G+ condition and no tears Legendary Wings (cart only) - cart in VG condition (after extensive cleaning), contacts OK but could use some stronger treatment than what I gave them. It does play though. Kings of the Beach (cart only) - cart in VG condition (after extensive cleaning), contacts excellent Simpsons: Bart vs. the Space Mutants (cart only) - cart in OK condition, clean, but some mild abuse seems to have caused dishing on the top that resulted in some curved discoloration in the plastic on the sides (my best guess) All games have a black sleeve (Metroid has a Nintendo-branded red and black sleeve). Asking $25 shipped for the lot, shipping only to the continental US. Normally I negotiate, but in this case, please don't contact me trying to further low-ball this as it's already quite low because I want these to move (approximate PriceCharting value for these as of my posting is $45 or so before shipping). Payment via Paypal only, PM for details. Thanks for looking! By the way, I was a user with good feedback on NA (ask mail_bag and Bonanza125, I bought from them and others) and I have great feedback on eBay as well (username 'jesusandmike').
