  1. I’m not trying to argue with you guys. Just look at the data. Their store is full of limited print games, typically only 3,000 copies, that have not sold out. They still have inventory of Heave Ho, Loop Hero, Serious Sam, etc. That’s not sustainable. Clearly they are bowing out and changing their model because they have to.
  2. No you see this is how comical their brand is. I’m referring to Loop Hero. That’s two recent titles with the same idea.
  3. SRG just didn’t have very competitive titles and the special editions were kinda meh, you either really liked the reserve boxes or you didn’t. The games got really niche too, like wow a roguelike card game? Whatever. But anyway I don’t blame them. A lot of the limited print hype was driven by flippers. When you start having games that don’t sell out quick anymore then the FOMO goes away. The funny thing is SRG’s please note section still says their stuff sells out quickly. They probably forgot to update that.
  4. Bump! Still sitting at the opening bid If these get no bids, I can offer them here at lower prices... but don't let that discourage you all from bidding
  5. In the heyday around 2021 you could beat PriceCharting by a little bit because the averages were lagging the market. Nowadays we are back to things being steady so yeah no.
  6. Crafting Mama with jewels, for an ok price: https://www.ebay.com/itm/355138765000?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=euubau22sdo&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=_w4Ja4vNRs-&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY
  7. A few recent pickups Microsoft The Best Of Entertainment Pack for GBC CIB. Some box wear but not too bad. With taxes it came out to $95.95. Not a steal but I don't see this one often, it's obscure. Got these together, both are CIB. Paid $950 for the pair. The seller had offered it months ago at the same price and no one bit and I didn't want to spend the money at the time. Maybe I'm the only person willing to pay that much for these two but it seemed like a fair price. Again, not a steal, but as far as Game Boy Pockets go these are nice ones to have. OK this is doozie. I paid $1550. Again not a steal but recent sold on eBay is almost $2k. It's my first kiosk. I've always wanted a kiosk and I think for GBA this is up there maybe with a Minish Cap kiosk. That's all for now!
  8. LRG / Super Rare card bundle with 15 LRG cards, 1 LRG printing plate and 2 Super Rare card packs https://www.ebay.com/itm/256274539414?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=_w4Ja4vNRs-&sssrc=2380676&ssuid=_w4Ja4vNRs-&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY

  10. Been a while! Been too busy with work lately to post any of my pickups. Here's most of the stuff to come in: Various strategy guides I didn't already have and the latest Nintendo Force issue! While on vacation in Winter Haven FL I visited a local game shop and found these gems at nice prices. The rest of the stuff I am about to show you is almost all from a huge Buyee.jp run I did a couple months ago. Mario Hanafuda style folder, two Hamtaro strategy guides (one you cannot see behind the other), and a bunch of Animal Crossing Amiibo card packs, most are Japanese. OK so story time. I've always been into collecting Club Nintendo stuff from any region. Usually I will look for bundles. Recently I got interested in looking for Nintendo playing cards or toys, not Club Nintendo related. I ended up going down a rabbit hole with this. So in this picture we have: Nintendo Magic Cards, I think from the 70s, before they started making video games. Club Nintendo 2011 desk calendar Nintendo Sound Selection Vol 2 LOUD MUSIC CD 5 Nintendo playing cards in plastic cases from various years: Super Donkey Kong, generic, Super Mario World plastic cards with see-through details, Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island, and a promotional card deck which seems to commemorate a train company in Japan. Apparently Nintendo would make promo card decks to coincide with various game releases or other notable things, but also makes some generic playing cards with just cool designs on them. Labo masking tape Joy-con straps This is the interior of the magic card set. You are supposed to wear the blue glasses and then you can see the suit of the card on the back (the one on top has very faint K's). The person you are trying to trick might ask you why you are wearing weird blue glasses, but nevermind that! More Club Nintendo stuff. I think the Super Mario Maker 2 set on the left is a bunch of magnets for designing levels. Ignore the ornament, I posted that one before. Top row is the bonus items for preorders of Majora's Mask 3D on Amazon.jp. Bottom left is large size playing cards. Two Club Nintendo shirts and a set of 3 handkerchiefs. Sakeburein with original shipping box Two more playing card sets, one is for Mario Kart 64, then some things not from Japan. That's all for now!
  11. Picked up a Club Nintendo Japan exclusive game and it came with the original shipping box. I have never seen one of these shipping boxes before and can't find any evidence of it online, so figured you all might want to see it: The text in Japanese says (Line 1) Nintendo Co. LTD and (Line 2) the address in Kyoto. Its kind of hard to see, but the tape used to seal the box says ``"Club Nintendo" was founded for all the Nintendo Game Players to feel more pleasure.``
  12. A rare online find, via Mercari, came out to $29.22 altogether
  13. Right on bro. I only play games that are at least 8 years old.
  14. Selling a Medium Flat Rate Mystery Box filled with Switch games. No collector's editions. Most games are still sealed. Some are limited print. There are no duplicates. Starting bid is $150 BIN is $350 US shipping only
  15. Sealed March of the Penguins GBA with plush. Seller has 7. https://www.ebay.com/itm/266411888671?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=k0RYBCxaT1G&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=_w4Ja4vNRs-&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY
  16. You are just straight up ignoring the impractically long rectangular box
  17. My dude the amount of driving you did and time spent.... that's gotta factor into your cost somehow
  18. There’s sound in the video. I think the sound is great for what it is. The quality is similar to old PC speakers but they get plenty loud.
  19. Finally had a cool local find. Saw this listed on FB Marketplace for $60 while I was on vacation. I was ready to buy it as soon as I got back from vacation but wasn't able to meet the seller. I had messaged the seller but said I would get back about a time. Days go by, Saturday rolls around, and I see that the price was dropped to $50. Now I'm really about it but still can't meet the seller, just been too busy. Finally it's Sunday morning and I know I can make time to go pick it up. I contact the seller again and she tells me "if you pick it up today you can have it for $20." Wow! I was so happy to get this deal. Seeing just the box I didn't know for sure what condition it would be in. There's some styrofoam missing but the unit looks unused. The plastic is still on the screen! I was able to power it on and test it and it's in great shape. Screen is bright, sound is loud, it's really like new. https://i.imgur.com/qiVVMdD.mp4 < video of it in action Funny enough though... I don't have a PSone. I have a PS1 (launch model) but now I kinda want to get a PSone to have on my desk...
  20. This is listed nearby but the lights and LCD don’t power on. Does anyone have advice on fixing it? I would love to own it but I would really want it to work
  21. I don’t usually bother with used game stores but while on vacation in Winter Haven FL I found this for $49.99 and it’s actually an uncommon cover variant that is worth about $90? very happy with this find
