  1. Here’s the link btw https://www.instagram.com/p/CcVa6OYu0BR/?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y=
  2. Their world would come crashing down upon them, I guarantee you that.
  3. I have a crazy story on New Leaf. I have like a set of New Leaf prototype carts that were discovered at a swap meet in Florida about 10 minutes from where New Leaf carts were created. I forget all the details, I actually made a detailed post about it on both NA and Sega Age, but, well, yeah…
  4. Nope, not at all. Even CIB it's up over $100, I believe.
  5. That's just Genesis for you. It's a very rare sealed game.
  6. Looking through Nintendo 64... The much-speculated-upon Mario 64 numbers...81 first prints total and 3 graded in 9.8. Zero Mario Kart 64 in 9.8 Zero Smash Bros 64 in 9.8 Three regular edition Ocarinas in 9.8, all from the case pack ZERO Collector's Edition in 9.8 Zero Mario Party in 9.8 Four Majora's in 9.8 Zero Mario Golf Zero NFL Blitz Zero Wave Race ONE OF THE GREATEST GAME OF ALL TIME QUEST 64
  7. Just got the email, lots to go through, but here we go! I immediately went to Genesis, being a fanboy lol the numbers are miniscule. https://www.watagames.com/populations/index.html
  8. Someone passed “Go” 25 times last week. NES was crazy strong last Tuesday:
  9. Being located with PSA is a major game-changer. They are reportedly grading a million cards a month and shipping them out, video games is a drop in the bucket for what they have set up. I've sent in 4 orders to CA, one was back early, and the other three two are Speedruns and were grading within a week and the other is a Warp, which went into grading the day after he was received. People I've spoken with that had games sent when CA first opened say everything is looking good, even with Speedruns. The backlog seems to be operating on a different group, probably Denver. So they are making progress it seems, but they still don't have the resources CA has.
  10. Well, worth a shot, I suppose, but I've had similar types of seals for Genesis sent in from abroad and WATA rejected them. Is there anything that distinguishes this from an NTSC copy? Unless it's a documented variant, I don't think it will get certified.
  11. New stuff submitted is actually beating submission estimtes. I'd guess the backlog is being addressed in Denver and the new stuff in CA. Tons of people now are getting their older orders, so I'll bet they're caught up in the next few months and then everything is hitting turnaround times or better.
  12. This game is definitely re-sealed. It came only as a vertical overlap, and it should have a plastic hangtab on the back, though that in theory is possible to be removed. It's possible the contents inside are new, and it could grade as a high grade CIB, which is probably worth thousands, perhaps even in the low five figures. Getting this game above even an 8.0 CIB is next to impossible. 9.0 or higher should end up a 5 figure game, whether it's now or in the future.
  13. Yeah, it’s one of them. Don’t mind it in a weekly and thought it did well. That 85+ CE hit like 10k-12 in Goldin, so hard to complain (though VGA on N64 is such a crapshoot as they weigh wrap heavily). There will always be a huge difference between 9.6/A++ and 9.8/A++ for this title, plus that was the infamous July Auction (though I do think for this grade and title, that 228k price was reasonable and will grow long term). I do think a weekly limits the ceiling, but when you have 8-9 to go through (these were from that crazy casepack find), it’s understandable. I prefer the standard, but democratic vote prob leans CE because shiny! I’m also not a huge fan of the game tbh. I put all my N64 time into Mario 64 and Mario Kart 64, and going back to try Ocarina was rough 20 years later.
  14. Oh nice, congrats! I paid up for one a few months back because I ain’t going for NTSC at this point, so it was good to get at least some idea of where they stand.
  15. Oh, you asshole, I was the underbidder lol. I actually grabbed that game in a crazy lot from someone off Ebay in like 2019, sold it, and was hoping to get it back. Nice buy. Not only rare, but one of the coolest covers around. The game is...not the worst game ever? Music is up there, though.
  16. Under the right light and with experience, it's pretty easy to tell if those SEGA stickers have come off/been reattached. Also, a lot of these came in blisters, which are super easy to tell if they've been tampered with. @Maertens29, were you the buyer or seller??
  17. Goldin has been the leader in sports cards, Pokemon blew up everywhere equally (Ebay, Heritage, Goldin [Goldin worked with Logan Paul, so maybe give them the edge]), Fortnite was almost entirely Ebay, and Bitcoin/stocks are, of course, Wall Street. This craze has been far from isolated to Heritage. Goldin chose not to do games at first, though now of course that the same company owns both WATA and Goldin, things have changed.
  18. The problem is everybody leaves out context. Everything went crazy in both collectibles and crypto since 2019. Jordan rookies went from 20k to a peak of 750k within 18 months, Charizards went from 15k to 350k, Black Knight Shards for Fortnite cards went from $100 to $55,000, Bitcoin went from $3800 to $68,500. And with Bitcoin, people openly manipulate (hello Elon Musk) and people think it's all fun and games. Or what about Gamestop and AMC? None of these spikes are sustainable at this rate, of course. People went crazy in games, yes. But they have gone crazy across the board.
  19. He’s playing them haha, so they are opened. But I actually do have both of those. I started looking in 2019. I also have an Oblivion with an M sticker, similar to an AO GTA. Total I probably paid about $150, nobody really noticed their rarity back then. Oblivions are really hard to get in good condition in particular. First print Skyrims are popping up on Ebay now because people have realized their value, but the natural flow of them for two years was shockingly low. These will dry out sooner than later.
  20. All you need is Oblivion and Skyrim and you're good for the next 3 years lol.
