It's just a stronger word in my opinion. You don't want to end up with some eBay employee reviewing your case that doesn't understand why a reproduction is bad. It seems like many of them don't understand that these games are collectibles. This guy scammed you, so you should also just go ahead and say the games are broken and don't work. Even if that's not true, I think it's justified as the means to a fair end.

You should say the items were counterfeit instead of saying they were reproductions in your claim. You should also say they don't work.

You don't think ETRADE is reputable? I used Capital One's brokerage previously but it was purchased by ETRADE a few years ago.

What the heck is happening today? The share price closed at $65.01 on Friday and reached a high of $158.97 around 10:45am today despite no news about the company. It then dropped back to an intra-day (so far) low of $61.13, and is now sitting at $85 but changing rapidly.

I'm surprised how many people said RPGs. I'm guessing most of mine were games I played as a kid and beat over and over, which would be one of the following: SMB2 SMB3 Mega Man 2 Duck Tales Contra (had to use 30 lives code as a kid) As an adult, Double Dragon 2 is my go-to game to beat for some quick fun.

Vanilla Everquest, but take me back to 1999 where there was little info online and players had to explore the world and figure things out for themselves.

I agree that there is a lot of gray area, but I think counting all homebrews as official releases and part of a set is crazy. I bet a lot of kids drew their own X-Men comics but those "super rare 1 of 1 issues" aren't needed for a set.
