  1. I saw Signs in the theater when it came out because a friend of mine wanted to see it. It wasn't great. I've seen The Sixth Sense too, but outside of the twist at the end, I don't remember the rest of the movie being all that memorable.
  2. It was okay and has its moments, but I never had any desire to watch it again.
  3. Did you and @Gloves end up sitting out too? @PII is probably already making room on his trophy shelf with all of us out.
  4. It's like taking them to Funcoland back in the day and letting them pick any game from the $1 bin.
  5. If the game has an ending or a win condition, I definitely try to finish it, but I'm also not going to force myself to finish a game I either lose interest in or end up not caring for.
  6. You did pretty well when you did play so don't sell yourself short.
  7. Sorry to hear about your friend. As long as you remember them, they're always with you. As cliché as that sounds, it has helped me when someone close to me passed.
  8. Same here. I'll play on easy mode if I just want to play a casual game, but if I really like the game and want a challenge, then I'll up the difficulty.
  9. I only rented it and it was fun to play for a weekend, but it wasn't something I wanted to spend serious time on.
  10. 2211. The third group sounds like a future matchup for the elevator music bracket.
  11. I'm good sticking with the old 8/16 bit era consoles. Gaming is mostly nostalgia for me anyway at this point so I don't have much interest at all in modern consoles.
  12. I didn't have any idea that it was a game franchise either.
  13. He's their second highest rated recruit for 2024, so there's a good chance he will play right away.
  14. Hey, it's still a Castlevania drawing on Halloween, so I'll take it!
  15. That's pretty wild. I wonder if Pat's and Geno's in Philly ever got that heated over who invented the cheesesteak.
  16. I'd prefer beef and sweet garlic sauce over the tzatziki sauce and lamb in a gyro. I've never had shawarma despite there being quite a few Mediterranean restaurants around the area.
  17. So that's like a Canadian gyro? It looks pretty good.
  18. I like the Dia de los Muertos look on this one. It also has a bit of a Voodoo vibe to it.
  19. The classic style on the far right reminds me of the pumpkins I carved as a kid. Simple, yet still cool looking.
