  1. Incredibly rare and unique item, commissioned by Blizzard Ent. for the 1996 release of the original Diablo RPG. The statue was awarded to the winner of a contest, offered through PC Gamer Magazine, during the development of Blizzard's classic RPG. While the state has been well taken care of, it arrived from Blizzard missing a small tip of one of the spikes. However, this does not detract from the overall quality and rarity of this piece. It's a testament to its authenticity and history. This hand-painted resin statue also includes the original letter of congratulations signed by Diablo producer, Bill Roper. For further information message me on this site. Here is a link the a reddit AMA I posted many years ago about the history of this statue:
  2. @Tanooki I agree it's unfortunate, but at least I'll always have the story and the name! I hate asking for hand outs and would feel incredibly uncomfortable starting a gofundme, or something similar, but it definitely would be the best case scenario.
  3. @Hammerfestus It is what it is man, I'm just doing what I need to do to get through this. My health and security mean significantly more to me than any tangible object, no matter how cool that object may be haha.
  4. @RH lol, I'm a huge WoW guy. Actually raiding Ulduar 25 as I type this. Looking forward to D4 too! Thanks for the good hopes
  5. @Gloves I'm going through some financial hardships due to a medical situation
  6. @MrWunderful I'm honestly not sure what the material is. The aged copper is from the paint, I can only naively assume it's a resin (or similar) type material.
  7. Made a post about this story on Reddit back in 2012 and I'm looking to find a value/buyer for this Diablo statue. I've never been a part of this community but a few resources point me here for, at the very least, a solid starting point. Here is my original Reddit post with the backstory about this statue as well as newer and better quality photos.
