Manual damage, disc wear, and definitely didn't pass the eye test. The seals were pretty convincing as well - they said they had several experts including the final grader review them. Grading companies providing authentication will likely become very important for the future of game collecting as these re-seals continue to improve!

FYI heard back from CGC and they told me an RE "grade" means they were suspected of being resealed. I opened all three games and two of them were definitely resealed. The third game, while inconclusive, appears to be brand new.

I sent in two orders (22 games and 11 games) on 10/12 and 10/15, and I have received the majority of them back. I contacted them a few times for status updates, and the customer support staff was friendly and helpful. The graded games I received back are of good quality, and they were packaged and shipped well (for no extra fee). The website now appears to be tracking status, grades, and shipping, none of which were available on launch. Three of the GameCube games I submitted came back ungraded, unencapsulated, and with a ripped label showing RE (where the grade would be) with no further explanation. I have contacted them but not heard back - does anyone know what this is? I am fairly new to grading and CGC.
