The Wild Thornberrys Movie had a revision, though I'm not really sure what (if anything) was changed. Maybe they fixed a glitch or something? The cartridge's Nintendo Seals are different (original says "Official Seal of Quality" while the revision says "Official Seal"). I couldn't find any differences in the boxes myself. There was also a Top Gun: Firestorm Advance revision as well. According to this article from 2004 they did another run of the game but with a different publisher (Titus handled the original and Mastiff handled the revision). The boxes and manuals in this case were revised too of course. The Nintendo Seal design changed in the same way as the Wild Thronberrys. Backyard Hockey also had a revision but I have no clue why.
