  1. Ohhh boy, has covid made shipping fun. I've always been able to use a partner service from work to ship my parcels abroad to USAwith USPS or fedex for great rates, the package loss and delays has been so bad they just said fuck it and paused it for 2M. Thank god none of my parcels have been lost despite shipping ~15 packages to USA, but I always worry, I shipped a limited release day Diablo candle and I swaddled it in packing peanuts and fragile stickers like a prayer. I've had a singaporean's package sit @ their entry port for a month! I've had to send packages from Slovakia to UK and then to Australia as australian shipping has fully stopped and I have a bunch of customers there. Hilarious and annoying at the same time. Thank god for my boyfriend willing to help me lol, I miss him to bits as well.
  2. Teachers never get paid enough and it affects their behavior, it's so sad. For so many it's a I talk for 45 mins and leave kind of job, instead of educating the next generation, especially important in elementary schools, where the teacher takes on the role of a parent in a way. I've had to deal with policies where classmates have to give/deliver homework to each other while sick and being unwilling to share their class notes with me, a kid with ADHD and dysgraphia, I can't feel too bad for them sometimes (yet i couldn't take my laptop bc it's distracting till my mom pitched a fit, despite my papers telling them they have to let me). Yet I also had incredibly passionate teachers who got me into economics. Anything outside of those 45 mins is not their problem. Why? You're educating me, you're not a university professor who talks at 2-3 universities in a week YET THEY GIVE GOOD NOTES/PRESENTATIONS ANYWAY. It's such a blessing in uni not to have to take notes religiously with my brain anymore. This might be an experience from a country from the communist bloc though. I feel like a lot of that mentality of "favors and bribes" is still so strong.
  3. I have a lot X-COM big boxes that fell into my hands. 90 percent of them are in perfect condition. more than listed on ebay. They're from my gfather's old retail so they're all "new and sealed Listed on ebay here: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/363101678191 , XCOM COST : 40euro / 38gbp / 47 usd Shipping to USA: 15euro / 14gbp / 18usd Shipping to Europe in general: 11euro / 10gbp euro (40+15=55) gbp (38+13=51) usd (47+18=65) I do private PP sales and haggle (esp if u take more stuff). Do be aware shipping is from Europe and you're responsible for any customs. I ship insured, in foil and padded. have other old game BIG BOXES, just look round the ebay. 4. I have to study and work hard for 2 yrs and then several forums I'm on implode lmao *muble mumble nintendo age mumble* I like to ogle unique sealed stuffs, GBC, GBA, Pokemon stuff in general, but not particularly high in finances as a young lass, so lots of the stuff i love is mostly a feast for my eyes I do collect art books religiously still though! My dad's given me his old games, demos, key art discs and merch stash from his warehouse to keep or sell, reigniting my love for collecting and retro stuff, so I'm ogling forums and trying to find a worth for some of the stuff I got my hands on I hope yall have a great day!
