  1. The way I think about Kirby is that every game in the series tries to do something unique. So you’ll just keep seeing new innovations with Kirby. The unique games are the Kirby “sequels”
  2. I got stuck at the power slide truck level. One of the hardest stages in my opinion
  3. I added “not buying” option. What other options do you want to see
  4. How would you buy Zelda Twilight Princess and Windwaker Remasters on Switch?
  5. Cocoron came out after Megaman 1 and before MM2. It came before Samson
  6. Some day people won’t care about NES games anymore. Probably when a lot of people in our age range start dying off. That’s what happens. My dad is a huge antique radio collector. Some of his radios were worth tens of thousands of dollars. As I was growing up, he would show them off to me, give a little history lesson and always tell me about how they were appreciating in value each year. He’s finally gotten to the age that he wants to clean up house, and he was shocked to find that over the past 5-10 years, the antique radio market has declined tremendously. He thought he’d reach out to some of his old contacts in the antique radio club he used to be in and a lot of them are now dead and their collections have been picked over by other collectors. Nobody wants to pay anything for these old radios anymore, so he says he’s just gonna hold onto them until he dies
  7. We have to make a distinction between Megaman 6 and Megaman 6 purple. Megaman 6 has tens of thousands, but the purple border version is probably just as rare Little Samson. And the prices for it have started to catch up.. lately I’ve been seeing purple border Megaman 6 listings for $1000+ even the ones listed on MercadoLivre in Brazil
  8. Next time hold reset as you power off
  9. Capcom authorized the MegaMan game on Sega Genesis which is on the shelves at the LRG store.
  10. I know the wholesale giants (Sams, BJs, Costco) will often have exclusive bundles. The items in the bundles are sometimes just regular retail items, but bundled together and put in an exclusive bundle packaging. Don’t know how long they been doing this. You probably wouldn’t know any better because people will usually toss out the exterior bundle packaging and only keep the retail boxes (if they even keep that)
  11. Nintendo forced me to play Tears of the Kingdom
  12. US has the strongest military on the planet, PERIOD. China knows better than to ever launch a physical offensive against the US. With that said, China has already been at war with the US for over a decade. They are not planning on launching a direct physical attack on the US. They are just preparing military defenses in the event that some crazy person in US politics with command over military forces decides to do something foolish against their homeland. In Chinas view there are two ways to kill your enemy. You can fight them face to face, in which case they lose because we are stronger. Or you can slowly and discreetly cause them to become weaker until a time comes that they are no longer the one in control. China has launched an attack on the US in every way possible except militarily years ago and some people are just starting to notice the effects of it now.
  13. I don’t think it’s cheating in the objective sense. They put these things in the game for you to discover and exploit. Maybe a speed runner might make up some rules about what is and isn’t allowed in a run..
  14. I 100%’ed when I was a little kid. One of my favorite Gameboy games. Even more than Mario Land 2. Although Mario Land 2 may be more mass appealing. There is one complaint I have. The stage at the top of teapot mountain becomes inaccessible after the thing lands on top of it. This is a game ruining event for me. I like to be able to revisit every stage as much as I want
  15. I am happy to see you included Axiom Verge and Shakedown Hawaii
  16. It has a refreshing comic book aesthetic. Also Mario resembles Genesis Sonic
  17. I’ve suspected that they might do this. They already track your gameplay hours for Switch games. I’m sure they also have some magic working in the background th track gameplay habits on the virtual console
  18. Uh oh. Mandela effect. My universe done got blown up
  19. I hate to break this to you, but as you may already know, Nintendo America doesn’t develop, they just localize and do marketing. The games are made in Japan and in Japan there is indeed a game called Super Mario RPG2 that was renamed Paper Mario in America. Japan calls the shots. Another clue is that Mario and Peach character designs in this remake are in the “cutesy form” which is basically a 3D form of the 2D Paper Mario character designs… so one can assume that they chose the character design choice for this remake with Paper Mario in mind
  20. The day they announce new console, Switch console sales will drop off a cliff. So they are gonna keep milking the cow until it’s dry
  21. I don’t know.. but I would assume you could delete all game data associated with a game. Then when you play it again, it would be as if it were the first time you ever played it
