Now if the choice was between red meat and seafood, that would be a difficult choice, at least for me. While we are on the topic, my brother-in-law would have an easy choice. He is allergic to red meat due to a bite from a Lone Star Tick. True story. He had eaten red meat all of his life, but a few years ago (when he was in his mid thirties), he started getting sick at strange times. He went to several doctors who couldn't figure out the problem, but eventually one of them figured out the red meat allergy. He had some tests done and they were able to determine it was caused by a tick bite. The Lone Star tick has the ability to make you allergic to red meat. Pretty shitty. Ahh that must suck. I wonder if there is any cure for that Condition

It's been almost two years since originally getting diagnosed.

ICrappedMyPants | 302
Chickens, my wife and kids eat local, 100% grass beef almost exclusively due to dietary restrictions.
