I thought that 8-2 was the hardest stage in the game by far. Yep, 8-2 was by far the hardest for me. Although 8-3 took awhile as well compared to the other levels, but not nearly as long as 8-2. I did eventually have to resort to pulling up the game in an emulator to use practice savestates for finding more consistent strats before returning to the NES. I have a 9.5 hour drive on Friday followed by spending time with family. It's a shame because I'm actually starting to like this game even though it's so simple.
