It includes the VCR, Pikachu plushie remote, standard remote, paperwork, and box. The VCR and Pikachu remote are in good overall condition. The box and paperwork show wear. The unit was tested and working when I last owned a CRT. I've had it tucked away in a closet since and would like to pass it along. I did a quick estimate to Canada and it's a bit more but not crazy. If the difference were covered compared to US shipping I would be willing to ship it up there.
