Vidarr2000 | 13
I'm looking to fully complete all of my Mega Man NES boxed games, but I cannot find any sources that provide the inventory of all contents for each game, except for Mega Man 6, which can be found at https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/nes/916386-nes/faqs/49943. Does anyone know of any references that list the box contents for Mega Man 1 through 5 similar to the information below that outlines the contents of Mega Man 6? Mega Man 6 - Cartridge (NES-G6-USA-1) - Box (NES-G6-USA) - Manual (NES-G6-USA-1) - Poster Advert (GP-NES-USA-2) - Consumer Information and Precautions Booklet (NES-USA/CAN-2) - Nintendo Power Subscription Card (GP-NES-USA-1) - Foil Nintendo Dust Sleeve Edited July 2, 2021 by Vidarr2000

Nes Freak | 584
i hope that helps how i got these is i pieced them together by looking at multiple listings to try and figure out what went with what so mega man 1 i doubt has that many inserts (there were several variant releases of mega man 1 so the inserts im sure changed over time) for mm1 the special offer captain commando watch insert was the hardest to find and i think this came out before nintendo power came out so im not sure if mm1 ever had a nitendo power insert. but this is generally what came with these when they were new. also mega man 2 came with 3 stickers 2 were identical and one was different. so yeah im still missing a few myself. its over all complete though Edited July 2, 2021 by Nes Freak
Vidarr2000 | 13
Wow, that is impressive, and everything is in immaculate condition. I really appreciate the info...even if MM1 has more than enough, I think it's better to get everything. Time to start looking.

Keep in mind that Mega Man 1 had seperate print runs that were years apart, so there will be two very different lists of contents, depending on whether you're going after the original or the early '90's re-release... UnimpressedLink250 | 4
Would the first print have had the Cap-NES-US poster? I’ve heard the game released in Dec 87, so how would the copyright be 1988?
dogbowl | 150
This is a CAP-NES-US poster with a 1986 copyright date. (I do not know that this is what matches to first print MM) Capcom, like other publishers, may have re-used the same code on different posters:

GamerSmith548 | 41
Unboxings of sealed games showed that the sheets appeared around June 1991. They started to phase out in 1993, though. I do find it odd that they included those sheets even though they already had the message in the manual.
