Mario Golf (Target Bullseye Tour) insert

I snagged a copy of this variant of mario golf toadstool tour from Target but learned it was missing the insert I tried to find more pictures online but didn't come up with much, anyone have this variant and would be willing to take a snap or scan of the insert?

Has anyone checked to see if the disc data is actually different on this version? Or does that password work on all copies? I suspect it is the latter.

I’ve checked. The discs are identical.

I figured. Wouldn't make any sense to do a limited print run when they are just using the password system to access the data.
