Please sell me the manuals I'm missing to complete my incomplete Dreamcast games:

• Bust-A-Move 4
• Elemental Gimmick Gear (EGG)
• Jet Grind Radio
• Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver
• Midway's Greatest Arcade Hits Volume 2
• Mortal Kombat Gold
• Pen Pen Tricelon
• Phantasy Star Online
• Toy Commander

And this isn't a manual but I need the "big box" for Seaman.

This is for North American releases of the games. I probably don't have much to trade so I would like to buy these manuals with cash.
