Which system had the best video game boxes?

I like them, especially with the little software logo square on each title but having the late releases with the red Nintendo logo is offputting.  I wish either all games had it or no games had it.  (I know it's the publisher logo but would've been nice for uniformity)

Thanks for posting that. I actually have the Bomberman Collection tin, but I didn't know the rest of these even existed. I picked it up on eBay one day because it was cheap and looked unusual. It's basically a Band-Aid tin with a standard Game Boy cartridge inside. Can confirm it looks great on the shelf.

I love the 3ds box art. The picture window and the white background looks great on the shelf. The Wii U has similar based but those blue cases don't do it for me.

I gotta say I love the PS Vita boxes.  Uniformed yet each one got it's only distinct personality.

The original black boxed Genesis games.

Great design and a nice protective plastic shell for your games.

When Sega switched to the red box art they messed with perfection.

Genesis, then NES, and SNES. I figured those would round up the top since they were simply the most popular systems.
