And there was a ton of those. The series has a huge fanbase, and the developers have been incredibly active in sharing every single tidbid about the games. People like Tim Schafer and Ron Gilbert being especially vocal. I'm not sure exactly where you'd go today (at least mixnmojo seems to still exist), but there are a ton of resources out there Outside of like King's Quest or something, it's probably the most influential game in the genre altogether. And the fixed artwork is so cool! Same vein but with actual artistic talent haha. I was inspired with the idea cuz I would love to see the original 1993 Doom artwork done in that Mega Man 1 style haha. I'm an animator, but for TV shows. Who knows - maybe someday I'll work for a video game company. Wayforward contacted me about a potential position a few months ago, but I wasn't available to apply.
