I doubt many have seen that one, but it is better than you'd expect.  No, it's not a high-rated game in my book, but I saw it once with some friends because we were bored and wanted a bad movie to mock.  No one had seen that one, so we chose it.  Surprisingly, it was as if they were in on the joke that the whole thing was dump.  Rather than an expected 2 of 10, I'd probably give it a 4 or maybe a 5.  It's a decent time waster if you like bad movies for the sake of bad movies.

Whoops. I voted a 6 because I thought it was that animated "sequel" they made some years ago. I might be dumb lol.

Haven't watched this version but I may give it a try here soon. Original was a pretty decent movie back when, idk if I'd rate it the same (original be like a 6 or 7, at least)

I watched it shortly after it dropped on netflix.  Honestly the CGI style in how they drew Ash I found a bit not disturbing but off putting, doesn't fit well.  The little changes here and there I found made it worse for wear over the original movie from like 20 years ago now.  Visually a few nitpicks aside it's more popping and fun I would imagine from a kids perspective to watch than the old animation style of the late 90s, but comparing it to the original it's the one of the two that's more lacking.  If I were given how that poll has words to the numbers to give the original release a 7, this would need like a 5 or a 6 as it's just not as good.

The other movies they've dropped from over the years recent and otherwise, and obviously Detective Pikachu as well, they're better to sit through basically across the board.
