These don't really seem that expensive compared to cart only. Am I missing something? For such a rare game you'd think sealed copies would be off the charts. last sealed sold for like, 400 a couple years ago and that's the last on GVN, so not a ton to go off of with recent spikes. I know very little about unlicensed games.... So there's that

A whole bunch of sealed copies turned up in Mexico 6 or 7 years ago.  Hardly anyone opened those, so there are just as many sealed copies floating around as there are loose carts.

Yeah, as B.A said a lot of these turned up sealed awhile back.  Also, here are some pics from an old hard drive (I seem to save everything) when they were being offered at the time:

However, I must say you may be better off investing in something more rare:
