Increase in postage cost to come?

we're now getting to a point where, no matter where you are in the world (with exceptions becoming fewer and fewer), a 10$ game costs 10$ to ship.

I remember in 2004 when I started buying and selling, man, have prices increased!

Selling cheap stuff on places like eBay is becoming more and more pointless, since you "must" use a speedy and tracked shipping method to avoid scams from buyers as much as possible.

Last time I shipped by surface, it took 2 months, which is normal, but the buyer complained he didn't get his stuff quick enough, and eBay took my money, and the guy got his stuff for free.
