Do You Consider "Dizzy the Adventurer" part of the NES set?

Funny how that comment of speedy there at the end brings up, what do you consider...and falls on UPC.  I know this mucks things up, but one of the worst of the worst in my book from personal experience as I had it, Sonic on SMS.  The US/PAL release are the same except they put a US UPC metal backed/white front sticker on the OUTSIDE of the case on the plastic covering over the box art paper slip to block the original.  That game without the intact box is just a cheapo $10 title, and that one sticker depending on condition makes it like what now $1K or whatever ridiculous height it hit as I can't remember.
