    • 10/10 - One of your very favorite artists of all time.
    • 9/10 - Killer fucking band. Or artist.
    • 8/10 - Great sound, great songs, great albums.
    • 7/10 - Very good, but not quite great.
    • 6/10 - Pretty good. More than a few songs you like. You'd entertain the thought of seeing them live if they were in the area. Or still alive.
    • 5/10 - They're okay, but maybe not something you'll go out of your way to listen to.
    • 4/10 - Meh. There may be a song or two, or an album that you dig, but you'd rather listen to other stuff.

    • 3/10 - Not very good. You will more likely than not turn the station if they come on the radio.
    • 2/10 - Not your cup of tea at all. Some people might like this, but you are not one of them.
    • 1/10 - Horrible in every way.

    • 0/10 - In the running for worst artist/musician of all time. You would rather take a cheese grater to your face than listen to this.

Solid 8.

Would have been 9, but I don't listen to much of their newer stuff.

Also, I'm sad that with the loss of NA we lost the thread that was keeping track of all the videos where Flea is wearing the stuffed animal pants (like in Higher Ground).   I think we were up to 5.

Its why I like the John Frusciante Chilipeppers way more. You dont have to be in a mood to listen to their last 20 years of stuff. More Melodic  Songs. Its all just good. Of course youd have to be in a certain mood to listen to any 80s early -mid 90s straight in your face funk rhcp.

If you listened to them back in the day in the early 90s and loved them I can understand why someone might not like it that they changed. Imo they changed for the better tremendously. Not always the case though. Like us silverchair fans. WTF happened to daniel johns. Sings R&B pop now. Its like a parallel universe

Ive thought about it. My favorite track of theirs is probably Wet Sand off Stadium Arcadium. Its their last standard album with frusciante. Its why im excited hes back since the last one was 2 discs full of greatness. Usually Im skeptical of double disc releases but this one was great all the way through.

See I am someone who listened to them in the early 90s, had BSSM when it was their newest album, and got OHM right when it came out. So to me, I see all the post OHM (well post Love Rollercoaster to be exact) as following the late 90's trend of going soft. Aside from a couple of songs, I really don't like anything they've put out in the last 21 years.
