Here's another blue label Game Factory cart from South Carolina, but it has a Lion King demo label. Were these used in demo kiosks as well?

Wow, nearly 2 years for an answer.

Obviously the listing is gone, but I never recalled seeing demo stations in Columbia, SC area blockbusters as a kid.  Granted, I didn't shop at every Blockbuster, but I did go to one near my house, and when I went to my Dad's house every weekend, we would often rent a Genesis and a game or two.

I wish I saw this two years ago and snagged the photos.  I can't say this wasn't a "demo" some where, as I think Columbia had around 12-15 Blockbusters in it's hey-day.
