I mean, make cookie stuff with the only and very honest, and not known tax evader, Yoshi! I am certainly puzzled by all this! But here are the rules our skilled, smart players will abide to this week of fun puzzling action! Choose 1 player game Start on Round 1 Set your speed to HI Play until Game Over When you get a Game Over, take your picture on the Continue screen You cannot play any further than level 10-10 (beating the game) Highest score wins GENRE: Puzzle Only the best of the best shall come up on top! May the one that sports harder than the other come up on top! The contest ends Sunday, 03/22/20 at 11 PM VGS time. Your user name MUST be written or typed on a piece of paper and be in the picture for your score to be valid. The entire TV screen, or computer monitor if you are playing on an emulator, MUST be in the picture for the score to be valid. No partial screenshots will be considered or accepted. No screenshots by hitting "print screen" on a computer will be allowed. You must take a picture of your computer monitor. There may be instances where this will be acceptable, but it will be at the discretion of myself and the contest organizers. Also, the use of turbo controllers is forbidden, as well as any cheat codes, Game Genies, slow motion functions, or save states if playing on an emulator. Also, we will only be using NTSC systems for the contests. The use of PAL systems will NOT be allowed. Good luck everyone and have fun. The rest was pretty conservative. 185,090 (6-6) Still day 4. Got the max combo (50560) in 1-1 and 1-2. The rest of the run was about the same as I was playing fairly safe. I'm guessing my score increases will slow down from here. New goal is 200k. 158,310 (6-9) Day 4. Figured out a better beginning strat. 100,560 (6-4) Day 3. I broke 100k! Still room for improvement. 76,090 (5-7) Day 2 66,230 (4-7) Still plenty of room for improvement but a good day one score. 30,730 (5-2) My first game (this will be a theme with me since the only games I've played a significant amount of in this tournament are Super Mario Bros, Mario Bros, and Tetris).
