Strange | 1,690
At the risk of sounding like a psychopath, GTA: San Andreas. Not because of the violence, but the writing in the story is dry, sarcastic, and genuinely good.
dvertov | 203
Parts of Fallout: New Vegas were some of the most hilarious I've seen in a game, especially the Old World Blues DLC.
Code Monkey | 2,002
I've never laughed at any game as hard as I laughed at The Messenger.

koifish | 546
Off the top of my head, Sonic 2006. That game is the total package of bad, like the pinnacle of just doing so many things wrong. I crack up at something stupid every time I play it.
SpoonMan Abrams X | 697
Metal Gear Solid series, especially 3. Always hits the spot for me. I have also always enjoyed Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door as well... and Super Paper Mario is underrated if for no other reason then it is pretty dang hilarious at times. Sumez | 2,887
Most of the classic LucasArts adventures that had Tim Schafer on the team. So Monkey Island 1 and 2, Curse of Monkey Island, Day of the Tentacle, etc. Grim Fandango was super funny too, but I think it excelled in storytelling and atmosphere more so than straight up humor.
