What's for dinner, what did you cook?

With no water here two days of the week, work lower than usual, and covid-19 cases increasing, I haven't been able to cook much, unfortunately. No interesting meals with expensive ingredients, etc. 😢

Tonight I had a frozen pizza. I threw some leftover bai ye tofu on top as well as an egg, and my custom spice blend, and I felt this turned out really nice.

Is the wagyu really worth $49.99/lb? I wouldn't mind trying it sometime.

Just extra firm that I pressed more so it'd soak up more marinade, let it soak for about 4-5 hrs. The marinade was soy sauce, rice vinegar, green onion, garlic, ginger, and some gochujang. Then baked and cooled before adding in.
