I remember having a video call with the guy - it was then rescheduled by them on short notice. We then scheduled a video call for a second time, which happened. I asked about doing a double pack that would launch before the "holiday", and the guy said it was more than doable. Said he'd be in touch with me the next week, never heard back from him. Messaged the guy two or three more times, heard nothing, nada. 

I know that at nearing age forty I'm getting old, but I feel this is just a really crappy way to do business. From where I stand, I couldn't have cared less about the monetary aspect, rather was just hoping to get more people to play my game. If they felt that the game was of such a low calibre or had other reservations that they didn't feel comfortable publishing it, that's fine and I totally understand, but at least tell me! No need to ignore all of my messages, especially after we had an online video chat that ended in a way that suggested they'd be in touch, with me receiving a contract or something to get the ball rolling.

It's just a shitty way to conduct business, dammit.

Oh and on a different note, these guys also didn't follow the convention of 3.3 versus 5 volt cartridge shells for Famicom/Famiclone games. Columbus Circle also screwed this up, but it's still worth pointing out the mistake.
