To celebrate the end of the 2024 VGS NES Weekly Contest, @guillavoie and I will host a special event rather than a tournament. It has been our honour to be your host through 2024 and we are looking forward to do it all again in 2025. This special event will run from October, 6th till October, 27th and will run 2 games, one repeat from our 2024 season and one spooky themed. The games will be Ghosts and Goblins and Antarctic Adventure, and both will run for the whole 4 weeks of the special event. The rules for those two games will be posted on October 6th, following our trend of having fast and quick ones to allow for one with little time to get runs in. Everyone is welcome to partake in the special event, even if you didn't play during the 2024 season. Happy gaming everyone.
