Overview of known detail and history of Item: Advertised both on the cover of, and inside of the August 1993 Electronics Boutique mailer, was the offer to get a free duffle bag when you pre-purchased Super Mario All Stars, for the Super Nintendo, from Electronics Boutique, while supplies last. The bag is small in size, with one zipper across the top, and two carry handles at the top. Each end of the bag is a different color, one end an off-white, the other black. The Super Nintendo Entertainment System logo and the Electronics Boutique logo are featured on one side of the bag with the Super Mario All Stars text graphic in the middle. Overview of known detail and history of Item: This appears to be a Capcom promotional item (pencil pouch?) presumably available at or just prior to launch (October 1994) of the Super Nintendo game "Bonkers" published by Capcom. The pouch has the Capcom logo on one side at the top center, underneath which is the text "Bonkers' Detective Kit", underneath being the Official Nintendo Seal of Quality logo. Manufacturer: Nintendo ? Origin: ? Overview of known detail and history of Item: This mini bat pen is made of real wood, with the base of the bat containing a pen tip and tube. It came sealed in a small plastic bag. There are two text Graphics on the Pen, one side displays "Ken Griffey Jr's Winning Run" with the MLB logo next to it. The other side displays the Super Nintendo text logo. It appears to be a promotional item likely available at or just prior to the launch of the Super Nintendo game "Ken Griffey Jr.'s Winning Run", released in June of 1996. The graphic on the display depicts Mario wearing a Santa hat, holding onto a Super Nintendo console present, riding Yoshi with antlers. Manufacturer: Nintendo ? Origin: Made in Denmark Overview of known detail and history of Item: The Blue StarFox Arwing Floaty/Motion Pen featured a clear enclosed liquid top half which housed a movable Arwing that would "float/fly" through the liquid when the pen was tipped up or down. This side of the pen also contained a space themed background with the StarFox logo. The opposite side of the pen has the Nintendo logo on a plain light colored background. The metal clip of the pen is stamped "Made in Denmark". The tip of the pen rotates to expose or retract the ballpoint pen tip. There were multiple colors of this pen made available, Blue (shown), red, green and white. This is presumably a promotional sale item that coincided with the launch of StarFox for the Super Nintendo in February of 1993. "The Best Play Here" slogan is displayed with the Nintendo logo, both stitched on the front of the hat. The back of the hat has the Nintendo logo printed in red. The brim of the hat is purple on top and green underneath. There is purple stitching around the vent holes of the hat and the button on top is purple as well. It has on the inside a coin pouch with button snap on the right and a flap with clear sleeves for small photos or cards on the left. The bill fold is on top. The wallet originally came in a carded retail package from the company Imaginings3 with a yellow and black block pattern design with a cartoon depiction of Mario in the top left corner of the retail package, and the word "WALLET" on the top right.
