Heya folks!  Curious if anyone else is playing Astro Bot!  It came out a few weeks ago, but I was out of the country, so I'm finally getting a chance to play it.  I was very much anticipating this game, as I liked the 'demo' type game included for PS5, and was looking forward to a full title.

I have to say, so far it does not disappoint at all.  This game is beautiful, adorable, and super cute and super fun.  It's not a very difficult game, but I'm cool with that as it is just really fun to play through.  I am LOVING it so far, and it's just what I need as I have COVID right now (boo) and my brain can't handle anything too complex, hah.

If you have a PS5 and haven't tried it, check it out, it's great!!

After seeing all of the praise online I was starting to think that it was surely overhyped. Then I played it. It’s genuinely deserving of the accolades

I’m cynical and get bored of things easily and it made me smile throughout. I’m also the dude that could play Super Mario 64 forever and bought his Switch solely for Odyssey, so take all of that how you will

I've been playing it off and on for a few days now, and it's just fantastic.  Hardcore gamers would probably complain it's too "easy" but this isn't meant to be a souls-like game.  It's just fun exploration and collect-a-thon, and it is so adorable.  They included tons of PlayStation references back to a huge swath of their previous titles, which I absolutely love.  Some of them are even relatively obscure.

Sometimes you just want a simple, fun adventure, that executes very well, and that's exactly what this game is and I freakin LOVE it so far!
