I dig Clapton in general.  Not my favorites but it's about a 6.

I'd rather listen to Lil Xan than Fast Car.  So technically a zero by the Reed standard.  That song bugged me then just as much as the remake bugs me now.

Tears in Heaven 5/10

The lyrics are heartfelt and touching, but the song itself is just dull. It helped inspire a Mr. Show sketch about sad songs. "Sad songs are nature's onions."

Fast Car - 7/10

Catchy one hit wonder with a memorable acoustic guitar riff.

4.51 and 7.49,  It was hard to figure exactly where they landed.  I don't have any problem for sad songs but there are far better ones to listen to, maybe I should of gave it 4.

Fast cars, I can totally jam to that.  Far better song for sure.  Not enough for me to recommend a listen but that is also a high bar for me to do.
